Owners Doug & Dusty Pendleton are well-trained and certified by the IDA (International Detailing Association). We are members of the BBB with an A+ rating, members of Bowling Green and Toledo Area Chambers of Commerce, members of the IDA since 2019, and accredited ceramic coating specialists.

Our shop stores your vehicle inside until it’s complete. Security cameras are active and recording around our entire lot.

​If it’s before/after hours, there is a key drop right next to our door (side facing Maple, white box). During hours, you can pop in to drop off your keys, say hi, or to convey concerns you have about your vehicle. We will call or text when we’re done and you can pay when we know you’re happy with the results.

We can also do after hours pick up and you can pay online. **We have cameras everywhere**

Washing any type of fabric weakens it. When it comes to seatbelts, however, we feel that they’re important enough to your safety that we’d rather not take the chance. For legal reasons, we can NOT reinstall car seats! We prefer that you remove them before dropping your vehicle.

Absolutely! We use professional-grade equipment and chemicals. We are careful and well-trained, but also insured. All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

​A professionally installed ceramic coating by our Certified Installer can cost around $1100+ (depending on the vehicle size and paint condition). We spend 10+ hours (15 hours on average) to clean, decontaminate, and perfect your car’s paint. Then we apply a Professional level 5-year or 9-year coating and let it cure. Your car will NOT require buffing, waxing, or sealant during that time, saving you thousands! It is essentially a sacrificial layer for your vehicle’s paint. Think of the value it adds to your vehicle, especially now that we’re integrated with CarFax and list it in your vehicle history!

We understand the inconvenience of not having your vehicle. That’s why we work hard to get even the most challenging vehicles looking great and back to you the same day.

Ceramic coatings are 1 day for complete paint correction, 1 day for coating, and day for curing.

• ​Remove all personal items from the inside of the vehicle
• If you’d like your center console and/or glove box clean, please leave them open and empty.
• Your trunk will only be vacuumed and must be clear of personal items
• We CAN NOT LEGALLY remove or reinstall child seats. Remove them or we can clean around them.
• Be sure to note any key trouble spots, both mechanically and cosmetically, to relay to our staff. This will help us gauge areas on which you would like us to focus, or areas that we need careful servicing.
• There may be times, if a vehicle has excessive dirt, odors, tobacco, etc, that one or more of the items listed in the package aren’t completed. This is ALWAYS because we were paying additional attention to areas that needed it most. In addition, you may be charged more. This doesn’t happen often, but on the rare occasion it does, we will let you know.
• Retro Detailing LLC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service.
• In rare cases, even the gentlest chemicals we use to clean may strip painted lettering on the interior. We try to be as gentle as we can when cleaning but the car’s age may make it more prone to things like this.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash – no Checks accepted. Tax is added to all transactions. You have the option of paying your invoice online before picking up your vehicle.

In most cases, yes! Cigarette smoke, vomit – we’ve even removed the smell from an exploded pumpkin from one of our customers’ cars!

Appointments may be re-scheduled by email or by phone at least 6 hours prior to your appointment time. We send reminders to all appointments days before. Please note there will be an additional fee of $25 for re-scheduling a no-show appointment.
