Please remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from your vehicle;
Compartments are only cleaned if they’re empty;
We will NOT install/uninstall or clean child safety seats or custom equipment
Retro Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property including the vehicle being serviced, or any belongings contained inside;
Our entire lot has multiple cameras in and around the exterior of our property;
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must withstand normal cleaning processes;
Retro Detailing does not accept liability for discharged batteries during or after the service has been completed;
Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to complete;
We reserve the right to place a hold on your debit or credit card details to secure the booking;
We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure;
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk.
Retro Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone;
Retro Detailing employees will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances;
Deposits are non-refundable and can be applied to the bill after services.

TINTING: Window tint shade is chosen by the customer. We advise following the Ohio tinting laws. However, there will be NO refund for the first shade and an additional charge to remove and re-tint the windows.
TINT REMOVAL: Retro Detailing LLC is not responsible for the condition of the glass underneath the film being removed or for any damage that occurs when such material is removed from the glass/vehicle.
Window tinting comes with a lifetime warranty. The warranty covers any defect in the film and workmanship, not damage caused by external factors.
There may be certain surfaces that window film will not adhere to such as plastic, rubber, dot matrix, etc. and customers are not advised to install on such areas.
Retro Detailing LLC is not responsible for the condition of the surface the car is brought to us in. Any existing scratches, cracks, or other damage will be visible through the film, and such surface damage or imperfections may damage the film, cause the film to fail prematurely or the window film material may not adhere to the glass surface at all. We are not responsible for broken windows if there is prior damage prior to installation.
Do not roll the windows down for 3-5 days after installation;
You will see bubbles and haziness in the windows until the film has fully cured;
Use only tint-safe products.
